NUS-ISS Blended Programme - Terms & Conditions

Registration of NUS-ISS courses is through our website or via email to our course administrators at iss-support@nus.edu.sg.
All courses are subject to confirmation. NUS-ISS will send a confirmation email to participants one week before class start date.

Any registration of a course, whether online or otherwise, will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment by NUS-ISS. Payment of course fees should be received by NUS-ISS one week prior to any course commencement.
International participants will make payment in USD.
Payment of course fees constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
Payment can be made via:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Paynow
- TT Transfer

NUS-ISS course schedules including course content, course fees and course availability are subject to change.
The registrant's recourse in the event of any changes in the above clause, is limited to one of the following:
- Enroll in the same course with a later start date. If there has been a change in course fees for the same course, the registrant will pay to NUS-ISS the difference between the fees.
- Enroll in another course conducted by NUS-ISS. If the fees of the replacement course selected costs more than what has already been paid to NUS-ISS, the registrant will pay to NUS-ISS the difference between the fees. Conversely if fees of the replacement course selected cost less than what has already been paid to NUS-ISS, NUS-ISS will make a refund of the difference to the registrant.

If NUS-ISS cancels a class: NUS-ISS reserves the right to cancel any class at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason for such cancellations. In the event that the registrant's class is cancelled prior to its commencement, NUS-ISS will make a full refund of all course and exam fees (if any) already paid by the registrant.

If registrant cancels a registration: All cancellation requests must be received in writing. If notice of cancellation is given:

8 to 14 working days or less before course starts	100% refund of all course fees (if any) paid
3 to 7 working days or less before course starts	75% refund of all course fees (if any) paid.
2 days or less from course start date	No refund

A certificate of completion will be issued to participants who have completed all mandatory requirements of the course including group and individual assessment and activities. Points and badges are awarded based on your learning progress.

Intellectual Property rights in all materials produced or distributed by NUS-ISS is expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.

To keep login information confidential and secure. Each Authorised User will have a username and password for the purpose of accessing NUS-ISS Learning Platform and its content. All Users must keep all Log-In Information strictly confidential, and all Log-In Information may be used only by the assigned User. All users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of all Log-In Information, and for preventing access to Intrepid and its content by unauthorised persons.

In the event of technical issue, our support staff will be available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Singapore time to assist you. Alternatively, you can write to iss-support@nus.edu.sg. We attempt to respond to queries in 24 hours or less. However, over weekends and holidays (Singapore Public Holidays), our responses may take up to 72 hours.

Although the courses conducted by NUS-ISS are for educational purposes, neither NUS-ISS nor its employees make any representations, warranties or guarantees the qualification or appointment of NUS-ISS employees or that any registrant will obtain any particular result, including, without limitation, passing any examination or mastering any particular discipline or skill or achieve any other tangible result.
NUS-ISS or its employees shall not be liable to any registrant or any third party for any personal injuries or any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or for lost profits) resulting from the registrant's application for or attendance of any course conducted by NUS-ISS.
The registrant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NUS-ISS, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and partners from and against any claim, demand or legal proceeding, including legal expenses, made by any third party or arising from or out of the registrant's breach of the terms and conditions herein.

These terms and conditions herein are governed solely by the laws of Singapore. The registrant hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Singapore in all disputes arising out of or relating to the registrant's application for or attendance of any course conducted by NUS-ISS.
